Set in private grounds and formal French gardens, with more space than any of us will know what to do with.
Gateway to Provence and the Ardèche
Pont-Saint-Esprit puts us within reach of it all — vineyards, gorges, hilltop villages and a proper stretch of Mediterranean coast.
Nearby
Uzès, Pont du Gard, Gorges de l'Ardèche, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Orange and Avignon, plus a string of villages and river swimming spots along the way.
To do
Cycle and e-bike routes through the vineyards, wine tasting on our doorstep, and the Ardèche a short drive away for canoeing and a day around Pont d'Arc.
The pace
A relaxed week — château and pool days, BBQs, wine, cycling, a couple of proper day trips, and plenty of time just enjoying the house.
A week in Provence, day by day
Four "experience" days, the rest left open for pool, château and doing very little — you've paid for an amazing house, so we're not filling every hour.

- Return to the château, relax by the pool

- Drive to Plage de l'Espiguette (Le Grau-du-Roi)
- Beach, swimming and lunch by the sea

Châteauneuf-du-Pape
- Explore Châteauneuf-du-Pape
